Instructions

To register for one of the Weather at Home experiments you need to do the following.

If you do not already have a Climateprediction.net account:

  1. Download BOINC, but don't install or run it yet.
  2. Create an account using the form below. Please take a note of your password for step 3.
  3. Install and start BOINC and sign in with the account you created in step 2.

If you don't mind which of our experiments you run then you can download, install and run BOINC, then choose to attach to Climateprediction.net. You will be sent whichever experiment is available.

If you do already have a Climateprediction.net account, simply select a regional model in your project preferences.

Fill in the details below to sign up for a specific experiment. Please note that you will be sent alternative work if your preferred experiment is not available; this feature can be disabled in your account preferences once you have created your account.
