Welcome to the climateprediction.net support pages. You can get help from
climateprediction.net staff and other participants through our online
forums. Please make sure you have read the information on our website and any relevant forum posts
before making you own post.
Most new participants will be using the BOINC client. If you need help running this, please go to
the BOINC
questions and problems page.
Those running the Classic Client (older participants, those taking the Open University short course
and those using our Schools materials) can get support from the
PhpBB forum. Please
make your post in the appropriate section eg. "General help & queries" or "Participation in the experiment".
The PhpBB forum is also the place to go if you want to discuss other aspects of the project, such
as climate science, education, or just to chat with other participants.
